When does Lily Path come out?

Lily Path is set to open on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 01:00 UTC. The exact hour depends on where you live. That is 08:00 on November 7 in Vietnam, 09:00 in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and 10:00 in Japan and Korea. In the United States it arrives the evening before: 8 pm Eastern or 5 pm Pacific on Friday, November 6. Until launch, Lily Path sits with the coming soon games on OvO.games. Sign in and turn on Notify for it, and the reminder is saved to your account so you get a message the day it goes live. From launch you can open the game page and start right away in the browser, with nothing to install.

What is Lily Path?

Lily Path is a one-line puzzle, also called a one-stroke or draw-one-path puzzle. Each level is a small pond of green lily pads on the water. Aqua stands on the first pad, and your job is to draw one path from Aqua that visits every pad exactly once, hopping up, down, left or right to the pad next door. Diagonal hops do not count, and you can never step on a pad twice. Visited pads turn pale, and a counter at the top shows how many pads you have covered. The first pond has only six pads, so anyone gets it in seconds. Later ponds grow into big, tricky gardens with water gaps, a lotus nest you must finish on and reed fences that block a hop between two pads.

How do you play Lily Path?

You play with one finger on a phone or with the mouse on a computer. There is no timer, no lives and no way to lose a pond. If a route goes wrong, you simply take hops back and try another way. Keyboard players can also hop with the arrow keys, undo with Backspace or Z and restart with R.

1. 1Step 1: Drag from Aqua to the pad next to her, then keep dragging. Aqua follows your finger and the path leaves a purple line behind her. Each pad you cross turns pale.
2. 2Step 2: Plan around the lotus nest. On ponds that have one, the pad with the pink lotus must be your very last pad, so leave a way in for the end. If you get stuck, drag back, tap an earlier pad or press Undo, all free.
3. 3Step 3: Visit the last pad to clear the pond. Aqua cheers, you see your stars and the tokens you earned, and you can go on to the next level or replay this one.

Is Lily Path free, and how do stars and hints work?

Yes, Lily Path is free to play in the browser. From level 41, the levels are for OvO Pass, the optional OvO.games membership that unlocks every level, removes banners and break ads and gives you 500 tokens a month. Stars show how much help you used: clear a pond without a hint for three stars, or with one hint for two. A hint costs 10 tokens. It cuts your path back only as far as it has to, keeps every hop that can still work and then shows the next right pad. Undo and Restart are always free. Besides the levels there is a daily pond, and you can challenge a friend to the same puzzle.

Tips for your first ponds

Start with the corners. A corner pad has only two neighbours, so work out how your path will go in and out of each corner before you commit. Pads next to a gap in the water behave like corners too, so visit them early. If you ever see two pads with only one free neighbour left, back up: only one pad can be the last. Never cut the pond in two, because if your path splits the open pads into two islands you can only finish one of them. In wide open areas, zig-zag row by row so no pad is left alone. On a lotus nest pond, plan backwards from the nest and ask which pad you must arrive from. When you are stuck, drag back just a few hops and take the other turn at the last place you had a choice.
