League & Tournament Rules
How weekly leagues, leaderboards, the daily challenge, friend challenges and the OvO Pass Weekly Tournament work.
Effective: October 15, 2026 · Version 1.0 · GEN A LIMITED
1. Introduction
These rules apply to every competition in OvO.games. They are part of the Terms of Service. Competitions are games of skill played for fun. Prizes are OvO tokens, medals, OvOs and cosmetic items, which have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. No purchase is needed to take part in leagues, leaderboards, the daily challenge or friend challenges.
2. Weekly leagues
- Each week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, UTC) you are placed in a group of up to 30 players with a similar level.
- You earn league points by clearing levels in any game. Points depend on stars and difficulty, not on boosters.
- At the end of the week the top 10 players move up a tier and the bottom 5 move down. Tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Legend.
- Weekly tier rewards (currently 20, 40, 80, 150, 250 and 500 tokens) are credited on Monday.
- Ties are broken by the player who reached the score first.
3. Leaderboards, daily challenge and friend challenges
- Leaderboards exist per game and for your combined OvO Score, among friends and worldwide.
- The daily challenge is the same board for everyone on a given day (by your local date). Playing it rewards tokens and XP.
- Friend challenges let you send a level or seed to a friend. The best result wins bragging rights and XP; no stake is taken from either player.
4. OvO Pass Weekly Tournament
- Open to players with an active OvO Pass at the time they play. Other players can view the leaderboard.
- Runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC on one featured game, with a set of new levels that is the same for everyone.
- Score is based on stars, moves left and time. You may replay as often as you like; your best total counts.
- Prizes for top positions (for example up to 1,000 tokens for 1st place) and a tournament medal are shown in the App before the tournament starts and credited within 48 hours after it ends, once results are verified.
- If a tournament is disrupted by a technical fault, we may extend, restart or cancel it and will treat affected players fairly.
5. Integrity
All results are verified by our servers. We may remove results, withhold or reverse prizes and ban players from competitions for cheating, multiple accounts, collusion or exploiting bugs, as described in the Community & Fair Play Guidelines. Our decision on results is final, subject to your right to appeal within 30 days.
